After you complete initial paperwork, I’ll meet with you for an intake session where I’ll begin to learn about you and evaluate your symptoms and needs.

Establish

After an intake, I’ll begin to establish a therapeutic relationship with you and start focusing on your goals for therapy.

Evolve

As therapy progresses, I’ll continue to check in with you as you make progress towards your goals and adapt our plan as needed.
